Testimonials:

Bob – Thanks again for your help as I’m pretty sure we would NOT have gotten this sale had you not talked directly to my client about how to approach the competitive bid situation we found ourselves in. I GREATLY appreciate your help!! Louise

Thanks Bob, you had a great turn out and I found your meeting to be interesting and informative. So many that I see are actually horrible and consequently no one goes to them. Your meeting even turned out the heavy hitters and I can see why. If I was in real estate I would want to work for you at your office. Thom

I am so happy to be with Prudential Alliance, it feels like home. I am very glad you let me come along with you. Julia

Bob creates a positive, supportive, team-oriented atmosphere in our office. I have always felt completely comfortable going to him for even the smallest of questions; this is important for Realtors of all experience levels. And...his advice has always been right on target! He is so highly respected in the field that the St. Louis Association of Realtors selected him as the 2008 Realtor of the Year. I consider him both a mentor and a friend. Lynnsie

I don't want this to be a "goodbye" but rather a "see you later".
Bob, I cannot tell you how much my association with you and the "original gang" has meant to me over the years. You are truly a gifted leader and a kind and generous person. It was always with great pride that I referred to "my manager Bob Bax". I will always value these associations and friendships. Carolyn

Bob, Thank you so much for answering all my questions on my first 2 transactions. You are a great role model and the type of professional I strive to become. Donnie

Bob, Just a note of thanks for all you do for me. I absolutely love our office & my job and I owe so much of that to you and those around me. Thanks for all of the opportunity & advice you have given me. I look forward to many years to come! Thanks, Lisa

Bob, Thank you for giving me EVERY opportunity to succeed this year. I have accomplished more than I thought I would and I think that it goes without saying that you were a tremendous part of that. I am proud to be working for you and I cannot tell you enough how much it means to me that you have given me the opportunity to do so. You are an amazing manager and an even better mentor. I never thought that I would enjoy a job so much, but you definitely make it easy to do so. Matt

Dear Bob - Many, many thanks for helping my client with the information on the condo situation. I appreciate your time and expertise! You saved my life! Tina

Bob, I feel incredibly honored about being awarded the Distinguished Service Award today, and I know you had a great deal to do with it. Thank you so much for your support and kindness. I wish everyone in our office could be rewarded for all they do each day for one another and for their clients. Whether it's trading phone duty, giving a hug, or offering advice on marketing every one of them is unselfishly helpful. You have assembled a fantastic team. Thank you for inviting me to be part of that team. Joining was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Carol

You know we all appreciate all you do for everyone in the office. We are so fortunate to have you as our manager and special friend! With gratitude and love, Tina
